Lee is a great believer in letting pupils proceed at their own pace, rather than trying to rush them forward. She finds that by doing this, her pupils are ready for the Leicester driving test sooner rather than later.
She finds that many of her pupils have the belief that examiners have a “quota” and are only allowed to pass a specific number of pupils a month. She always encourages them by ensuring that they understand that if they are good enough to pass, they most certainly will. There is no “quota”.
She also gets great enjoyment out of teaching people with learning disabilities. She says that their response when they pass their test is “fantastic”, and gives her a great sense of achievement;
Lee is a Grade 4 DVSA Approved Driving Instructor. Her hobbies are her family and bringing up her young children.
